I had an excellent experience at City Dental of Boca Raton. I came in with a painful toothache, and Dr. Pirzada was able to see me on very short notice, which I truly appreciated. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain that I needed a root canal and what the procedure would involve. Most importantly, he was able to temporarily alleviate the pain I was experiencing until I could schedule the root canal, which brought me a great deal of relief. I highly recommend City Dental of Boca Raton for their professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent patient care.

My experience at City Dental was amazing! The staff is so friendly and kind, they truly care about their patients. They made me feel so comfortable and explained everything clearly. Plus the office is clean and organized which makes the experience ten times better!

I’ve been a patient at this office for about 20 years, but since the change in ownership, it no longer feels like the same place. One of the biggest concerns is that Linda, who was an excellent dental hygienist and had been there for nearly two decades, is no longer with the practice. From what I understand, she was let go, yet patients are being told she “retired,” which doesn’t seem accurate. There’s been very little transparency about these kinds of changes, and as a long-time patient, that’s disappointing. I think patients deserve clear and honest communication, especially when it involves trusted staff members they’ve built relationships with over many years.
